T2M Project

Objectives

Objectives

Primary objective

Enhance the university curricula, in line with the EntreComp and GreenComp frameworks, to train Twin Transition Managers empowered with digital and green skills, in line with the EU policies and the labour market needs.
This objective is especially important because universities still struggle to integrate digital, green and entrepreneurial competences in a coherent way, while the labour market urgently needs professionals able to support SMEs in the twin transition.

Specific objectives

Develop and integrate innovative higher education curricula that embed the EntreComp and GreenComp frameworks

This objective focuses on creating innovative university curricula that combine entrepreneurial, green and digital competences in a coherent way. It is essential because it provides the educational foundation of the project and ensures that the new Twin Transition Manager profile is aligned with EU priorities and labour market needs.

Strengthen the role of universities and academic staff in supporting the twin transition

This objective aims to reinforce the capacity of universities and teachers to drive the twin transition through updated teaching approaches, stronger competences and institutional commitment. It supports the project by ensuring that the new curriculum can be effectively delivered, tested and embedded in higher education practice.

Design and implement a transferable model for Twin Transition Manager education

This objective is important because it makes the project results replicable beyond the partner institutions. By developing a transferable model, the project increases its long-term value, scalability and European relevance, allowing other universities and training providers to adopt and adapt the approach.

Build structured cooperation channels between academia and the labour market

This objective seeks to create stable links between universities and the labour market, especially SMEs. It is crucial because it keeps the project grounded in real needs, strengthens employability and ensures that the Twin Transition Manager profile responds to current economic, digital and sustainability challenges.
